“I find that within modern life there is too little space to be able to reflect, think and breathe. Stress and the responsibilities of life tend to leave me tired, worn and compressed into a state of worry. Before this course, I was struggling to find space for myself and looking for ways to be able to cope with daily stresses. I entered the Mind Body Soul challenge with a sense of inquisitiveness and hope to learn more about the practice and mindset of yoga. Having attended Indi’s in person class and having been inspired by a teacher filled with talent and patience I looked forward to the breadth of classes being offered in this challenge. 

The learning environment created by Indi was inclusive and collaborative allowing me to find my own pace and voice within the class.
