1:1 Sessions

Sessions are for those seeking individual support.

Within these sessions, we will work intuitively, drawing on the ‘teacher within’ philosophy, the idea that your body has an innate wisdom and a desire to come back into balance.

Through attuned presence, co-regulation, movement, breathwork, and meditation, we allow the body to return to its natural state of ease.

I draw on my multi-style yoga teacher training, bachelor’s degree in psychology, and training in Compassionate Inquiry. Sessions may also weave in Tai Chi, somatics, and principles from the Polyvagal Theory, where appropriate.
