Private 1:1 sessions to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your body and mind through yoga, somatics, and compassionate inquiry.
Together, we create a practice that soothes the nervous system, eases physical tension, and cultivates a gentle, loving relationship with your body.
In these sessions you might be guided to:
Explore your relationship with your body and nervous system.
Practice simple postures to restore balance and release tension.
Experience breathwork that settles and grounds the mind.
Try accessible meditative or somatic practices for clarity and calm.
With every session, you’ll also receive a personalised practice write-up, which may include journal prompts, audio meditations, posture guidance, and breathwork demonstrations. This way, the benefits of our work together can extend into your daily life, where the real magic happens.

Your body is the guide - we listen to its wisdom first and foremost.
It’s about how it feels, not how it looks - the practice is led by sensation, not by aesthetics.
Rest is an important part of the practice - breaks and pauses are always welcome.

Sessions are 60 minutes with the option to extend to 90 minutes (£65)
1 session: £45
4 sessions: £170
8 sessions: £330
I prefer to hold sessions in person, but there is also the option to hold sessions via zoom for those who can’t travel or live further afield.
