The parts of me that need healing

Uncover, recover, grow cycle.

I wrote this in my journal the other day and really wanted to share it with you.

I've found that a fast track way of finding the parts of me that need healing is by gently observing where I am judging others.

Often this is the best indicator for where I am afraid to show up as the full expression of myself.

Maybe I’m judging someone for showing up online, why am I afraid to be seen?

Maybe I find myself judging someone for being too reserved, how can I learn to value my own energy more?

When I realised that everyone was a mirror to my own insecurities, my whole life shifted.

Then the "work" because really easy, we don't have to go rooting around in our past to find the shadow aspects of ourselves, the universe has a beautiful way of just placing them in front of you.

And there is no "pass" or "fail" with this kind of work, it's simple an uncover, recover and go cycle.
